Nous recherchons un Responsable d’Équipe Inspection Éolien disposant d’une solide expérience dans l’éolien et d’une expertise confirmée en inspection de turbines, pour piloter et développer une activité inspection en France, avec une ouverture progressive vers l’Europe et l’offshore.

Ce poste combine encadrement d’équipe, relation client et développement d’activité, ainsi qu’une implication technique terrain, au sein d’un environnement exigeant en matière de qualité, sécurité et performance.

Présentation du rôle

Missions principales

Encadrement et développement de l’équipe

• Recruter, former et accompagner l’évolution d’une équipe d’inspecteurs
• Animer et coordonner une équipe répartie géographiquement
• Garantir la qualité des rapports, livrables et services fournis
• Assurer le suivi administratif et financier des projets de l’équipe
• Veiller au respect des exigences Qualité, Sécurité et HSE/SSE

Relation client et développement d’activité

• Participer à la rédaction des offres techniques et commerciales
• Développer et entretenir un portefeuille clients et prospects
• Représenter l’activité lors de réunions clients, événements et groupes de travail
• Contribuer à l’évolution et à la création de nouvelles offres de services

Expertise technique et inspections

• Réaliser ponctuellement des inspections d’éoliennes (réception, fin de garantie, exploitation)
• Coordonner des sous-traitants spécialisés lorsque nécessaire
• Apporter un appui technique à l’équipe et aux clients

Missions transverses

• Assurer une veille sur l’évolution des technologies et offres éoliennes (onshore et offshore)
• Agir en tant que référent technique éolien au sein de groupes de travail internes
• Collaborer avec des équipes d’inspection internationales

Profil recherché

• Formation Bac+5 (école d’ingénieur ou équivalent) ou Bac+2/3 avec expérience significative
• Expérience indispensable en inspection d’éoliennes
• Expérience confirmée en management ou coordination d’équipe
• Excellente connaissance du fonctionnement technique des éoliennes
• Capacité à évoluer dans un rôle mêlant technique, management et relation client
• Très bonnes capacités de communication en français et en anglais
• Autonomie, sens des responsabilités et leadership naturel

Le poste combine une activité terrain significative avec un rôle de référent technique et de contribution au développement de l’activité en France et en Europe.

Présentation du rôle

• Réalisation et supervision d’inspections d’éoliennes tout au long du cycle de vie des projets
• Contribution à l’amélioration continue des pratiques techniques et de la connaissance turbine

Missions principales
