We are seeking an experienced and motivated Installation/Service Engineer to join a growing team specialising in gate automation, barrier systems, and access control solutions.
This hands-on role involves the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of automated access control systems. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality workmanship, provide excellent customer service, and ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Install and commission gate automation, barrier, and turnstile systems.
- Carry out planned maintenance and servicing of access control equipment.
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently.
- Provide professional and responsive customer support on-site.
- Complete service reports and installation documentation accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Profile
- Proven experience with gate automation, barriers, access control systems, or similar electro-mechanical equipment.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
